Welcome to the Boeing 737 Technical Site. Here you will find technical, operational, and training notes; articles and photos contributed by 737 pilots and engineers from around the world. Feel free to use anything here for your own personal use or as training aids (if non-profit), with credit to this website.

Please treat your company FCOMs as the final authority in case your aircraft have differences. This website and the 737 Technical Guide have no connection to the Boeing Company.

If you have any suggestions or corrections to any of the information here, please email them on to me and I will write them into the site for the benefit of other visitors.

17 Jun 2015 - GECAS to be launch customer of 737-800SF freighter conversion.

17 Jun 2015 - 737 MAX to rollout by the end of 2015 and fly in early 2016

16 Jun 2015 - 737-300, LY-FLB, has been destroyed by a ground fire accident during a turnaround at Aktau Airport (SCO), Kazakhstan. A source claims that an expoding oxygen cylinder was the cause.

06 Jun 2015 - WestJet Boeing 737-600 has overran Runway 24L after landing at Montreal (YUL) in heavy rain. No injuries.

03 Jun 2015 - Garuda 737-800, PK-GFA, has overran Runway 13 at Makassar, Indonesia after landing on a wet runway in a thunderstorm. No injuries.

23 May 2015 - The Nigerian AIB have published their final report into the runway excursion involving Boeing 737-500, 5N-BLE at Yakubu Gowon Airport, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria On 21st August, 2010.

07 May 2015 - The Leap-1B for 737 MAX made its first flight on the 747 testbed on 29 April. Keith Leverkuhn, Boeing 737 MAX vice president and general manager, has said that "At this stage, neither fuel-burn performance nor operability is an issue."

01 May 2015 - New AD issued for the 737-600 and -700. This AD was prompted by reports of cracking in the body station (STA) 727 bulkhead lower frame.

28 Apr 2015 - The ATSB has published its final report into the flight path management occurrence involving Boeing 737-800, VH-VYE over Queensland on 23 Feb 2013.

20 Apr 2015 - The BFU has published its final report into the loss of cabin pressure incident to EI-DAH near Lugano on Apr 4th 2012.

30 Mar 2015 - The Accident Investigation Board Norway have issued their final report on the serious aircraft incident during approach to Kittilä airport in Finland (EFKT) on 26. December 2012 with a Boeing 737-800, LN-DYM, operated by Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA
