05 Jan 2022 - 737-400, EP-CAP (26466/2372), FF 18/9/1992 (30 Years old), operated by Caspian Airlines, flight RV6904, suffered a left main landing gear collapse on landing at OIFM, Isfahan, Iran. There was no fire and the aircraft was evacuated with slides. Some minor injuries occured during the evacuation.
