23 Oct 2015 - Peruvian Airlines 737-300 OB-2040-P (24329/1858) MLG collapse on landing at Cusco. Peruvian Airlines flight P9216 from Lima to Cuzco (SPZO) suffered a right hand main landing gear collapse toward the end of the landing roll on Runway 28 at 15:30z. The passengers were evacuated via the slides with no reported injuries. SPZO 231530Z 11007KT 070V200 9999 FEW040 SCT080 19/M00 Q1033 On 14 Dec 2016 the NTSB reported that 8 seconds after touchdown vibrations were felt and the right hand landing gear collapsed.
