9 Aug 2019 - VQ-BKV Globus/S7 Airlines, runway overrun on take-off at Moscow Domodedovo on 5 Aug 2019

On 5 Aug 2019, B737-800, VQ-BKV (37084/3605) operated by Globus/S7 Airlines was departing runway 32L at Moscow Domodedovo (UUDD) at 05:33. CCTV shows that the aircraft overran the runway before lifting off. The flight continued to Simferopol as scheduled.

The CCTV can be viewed here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kfwPwsUt2s

Moscow's interregional transport department of the federal Investigative Committee said that five runway end lights were damaged. The aircraft sustained damage to three MLG tyres.

Runway 32L is 3500m but flightdata shows that the aircraft commenced its take-off from A8 (1000m into the runway), leaving 2500m available.

Unconfirmed reports are that a take-off data error occurred, possibly using ZFW instead of TOW.
