22 Nov 2018 - Peruvian Airlines 737-500 OB-2041-P (24825/1894) MLG collapse on landing at La Paz. Peruvian Airlines flight P9331 from Cuzco to La Paz (SLLP) suffered a collapse of both main landing gears during the landing roll on Runway 10 at 14:22z. The 122 passengers and 5 crew evacuated via mobile stairs with no reported injuries. SLLP 221400Z 07008KT 9999 FEW020 BKN200 13/07 Q1037= https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eR_f98d1AuM Peruvian Airlines has had 2 other MLG collapses on landing: 28 Mar 2017 - Peruvian Airlines 737-300, OB-2036-P (25071/2039), Gear collapse and fire on landing at Jauja 23 Oct 2015 - Peruvian Airlines 737-300 OB-2040-P (24329/1858) MLG collapse on landing at Cusco. The NTSB reported that 8 seconds after touchdown vibrations were felt and the right hand landing gear collapsed.
